These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FreshFlow AC Cleaning’s services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

FreshFlow AC Cleaning provides professional air conditioning cleaning services for residential split system units in Townsville and surrounding areas. Our services include:

  • Filter removal and cleaning
  • Internal coil cleaning
  • Fan barrel deep cleaning
  • Drain line flushing
  • Antimicrobial treatment
  • Indoor and outdoor unit maintenance

2. Booking and Appointments

  • All service bookings must be confirmed by FreshFlow AC Cleaning
  • We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time
  • If we need to reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours notice where possible
  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without charge
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-Shows: A full service charge may apply if you are not present at the scheduled appointment time

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and electronic payment methods
  • Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote

5. Access Requirements

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to all air conditioning units requiring service
  • Ensure pets are secured during the service visit
  • Clear the area around units to allow our technicians to work safely
  • Provide electricity and water access where required
  • Be present or arrange for an authorized person to be present during service

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in providing our services:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects to your air conditioning system
  • We recommend a pre-service inspection if you have concerns about your unit’s condition
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages
  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services

7. Warranty and Guarantees

  • We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 30 days from service completion
  • If you experience any issues related to our service within this period, we will return to address the problem at no additional charge
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
  • Manufacturer warranties on your equipment remain unaffected by our service

8. Health and Safety

  • Our technicians follow strict health and safety protocols
  • We use protective covers to minimize mess and protect your property
  • We use industry-standard cleaning products and antimicrobial treatments
  • Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before service

9. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our technicians
  • Discontinue service if your air conditioning system requires repairs beyond our scope
  • Recommend professional HVAC repair services when necessary
  • Not service units that are in poor condition or pose safety risks

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information solely for the purpose of providing our services and may contact you regarding appointments, service reminders, and promotional offers (with your consent).

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of FreshFlow AC Cleaning and is protected by copyright laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or complaints:

  2. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly
  3. If we cannot reach a resolution, the matter will be governed by Queensland, Australia law

13. Service Area

Our primary service area is Townsville and surrounding suburbs. We may provide services outside this area for multi-unit or larger jobs. Additional travel fees may apply.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
